HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS AND MAINTAIN INNER PEACE

Life isn't an easy challenge to deal with. Every day comes with new intimations putting your existence through a dilemma. Each day isn't the same, some comes with rays of new hope along with it whereas some are just too gloomy.





We cant expect everything to be perfect all the time. The essence of happiness wont be such overwhelming if it isn't preceeded by a sombre span.
So all we can do is gear up and get ready for all the challenges that life will be offering us in its upcoming pages alongside cherishing the remnant sweetness.

It is very important to maintain our  inner peace and calm yourself down in every one or the other situation. Most often we tend to loose our patience and end up being a messy and stressful head while dealing with petty issues.
 So from years of experience and experiments I have finally come up with some small yet useful lifestyle changes that can be a little helpful in handling your stressful days with maintaining a calm and poise mind.

GO OUT FOR A VACATION


If you are a travel addict just like me, you would surely know that vacations can be your biggest stress buster. Take your belongings and just get yourself out from the claustrophobic surroundings, our mind will restore its peace by the touch of the fresh air.





You cant afford to take a long break? Dont worry....take a day or two off and just let your feet go where your heart takes it. 
Away from the home, away from all the daily goals let your mind breathe and give time to your soul to heal. Believe me, once you return you would thank yourself for the decision.


CATCHUP  WITH YOUR OLD FRIENDS


The powerpoint presentations and daily charge sheets are slowly and steadily engulfing our emotions and feeling with every passing day. Perks of a mechanized life are felt best in this 21st century when social media has become the only platform for sharing our feelings.





So take a break and catchup with your dearest ones and talk your heart out. Nothing can beat a hangout with your girlfriend with lots and lots of fun and gossips



RETAIL THERAPY


Yes ! You can judge me for this but I dont mind saying that shopping lits my mood up. If you can also relate with me then gurl, you need to try this out.





Make a list of tour bucketlist, save your money and then bring it on....shop shop and shop!
Trust me retail therapy never fail to surprise you



SPEND A DAY ALL BY YOURSELF


Chasing the profit margins and business goals we have become reluctant about what exactly makes us happy. 
So, its important to give your heart and mind some time to breathe. Take a break from your daily monotonous routine and spend a day all by yourself indulged in all what lits up your soul.




It can be as random as reading a good book, grabbing a cup of good coffee along with your favourite netflix show.
You can even try the ageold technique of achieving mental peace.....MEDITATION!
Stop overpowering your stress and anxiety and try to retain the inner peace and most importantly be happy with yourself.


So these were a few tips from my end that might help you a little in leading a better kife
