Finally my favorite time of the year is here. The festive season is almost knocking at the doors and the whole of the town is all decked up to bid a warm welcome to Maa Durga. We all Indian look forward for this time of the year as it comes with so much for us. This is the season of colours, creativity, celebrations and happiness. Starting from Durga Puja , Navaratri, Diwali the glamorous and beautiful festive season adds that touch of refreshment in our lives that we thrive for the rest of the year. Hello everyone, today I am here to share with you all my experience at a very exciting event that was organised at our very own city Kolkata just a few days back. The event was named as KOLKATA FASHION WALK (part2). The name itself brings about the uniqueness of the event, isn't it? We all have heard about heritage walk, food walk…but fashion walk, r u serious? Yes, guys this was my first reaction as well. But participating in the event was truly one of my most cherrishable memories as a fashion and beauty blogger. KOLKATA FASHION WALK, being able to attain huge success in its 1 st edition, was organised again for the 2 nd time on 2 nd of September 2017, with a bigger goal and involving more influencers and brands. The event was organised by Tribonista and The Swiss laundry in association with Nikita Agarwal (pentwister). This time I selected this purple wine coloured loose flowy dress. This dress is available in MYNTRA and originally retails for Rs1799 but I got after a discount of 60% for Rs719/- during the Myntra fashion sale. The dress is loose flowy and very comfortable. You can wear it for a casual day out or even for your work styling it accordingly. I have styled it for a daytime casual yet trendy look giving a bohemian touch to it. The material of the dress is really soft and comfortable for summer as well as for monsoon. I am wearing the dress in size Large and it is neither too fit nor too loose…perfect for me in other words.
